My wife recently made these great water bottle carriers. The straps are about 48: in length, designed to carry across the body and hang at the hip. Made of 100% cotton and cotton or poly batting. Twill tape is used for the strap. They are $14ppd.
She can also make you a custom carrier for no extra charge, unless she needs to purchase fabric, but she has over a hundred fabrics available, so just email your color preferences and she will send pics of what she has available. Lots of fabric for boys and girls as well.
She will also make the straps to your measurements.
